What I Believe About Acupuncture

Acupuncture is about energy. Just like you have an internal circulatory system that allows blood to flow throughout your body, you also have an internal meridian system that allows vital life energy to flow throughout your body. The Chinese call this vital life energy "Qi".

When Qi is blocked many health problems can arise. When Qi is flowing the body's natural healing abilities are activated allowing a stable state of internal wellness even in the face of life's daily stresses. Acupuncture and massage treatments help you create and maintain the flow of your body's Qi.
